By ordering from this website you agree to below-mentioned conditions:

1. General conditions

We are trying to present on the website the actual availability of our products, however a discrepancy is possible. In that case we will contact you and let you know about the situation and we will also discuss possible options, such as a refund or putting you on the waitlist and finalising your order as soon as the product is available again. 

2. Delivery costs

Cost of delivery is calculated in the end of your ordering process based on the weight and size of the package, together with the final destination and delivery option if applicable. Delivery payment will be charged in the moment of finalising your order, in the same time as the payment for products, unless the delivery is free due to a promotion. 

3. Delivery time

Delivery time is dependent on the chosen destination. After receiving your order, it will be shipped as soon as possible, usually between 2-5 working days. This process is heavily affected by the number of orders, as we are a small company and we are carrying all the orders manually. The delivery time depends on the delivery method chosen by you upon finalising your order. 4. Packages damaged in the transport

Please make sure that the package is in correct condition upon the delivery. If you notice that it is damaged, please do not take the package, and instead contact our customer service. 

5. Custom fees

Depending on the destination country, custom fees might apply. Make sure to familiarise yourself with these conditions before placing an order on our website, as all custom fees must be payed by the customer. In case of declining such payment, the package will be returned to us at the customer expense. You will be refunded for the ordered items, subtracting the cost of delivery and return delivery.
